ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrive Seoul

Annyeong ha se yo! Welcome to Korea. Upon arrival at ICN Airport, our tour representative will greet and welcome you. We will then transfer you to the hotel. You will have some free time to rest and relax.

Day 2: Seoul (Breakfast, Korean Style Lunch)

Gyeongbokgung Palace - It was the main palace of the Joseon Dynasty and served as the residence of the king and his family. The palace was built in 1395 and served as the center of political and cultural life in Korea for centuries. In the late 19th century, the palace was destroyed by fire during a war but was later restored and is now a popular tourist destination.

Jegyesa Temple - Jogye Temple is one of the centers of Zen Buddhism in Korea. The first thing you see when you enter the temple is the elegant old tree. The pagoda tree and the white pine in front of the hall are nearly 100 years old. In the temple, you cannot only see the Sakyamuni statue and the devotees making a bow, but also enjoy the beautiful blue colors.

National Folklore Museum - It is a place to showcase the traditional way of life in Korea. It displays nearly 4000 related ethnic materials and is the only comprehensive national museum in Korea that comprehensively show the case of the history of folk life.

Bukchon Hanok Village - Bukchon Hanok Village is home to hundreds of traditional houses, called hanok, that date back to the Joseon dynasty. Today, many of these hanoks operate as cultural centers, guesthouses, restaurants and tea houses, providing visitors with an opportunity to experience, learn and immerse themselves in traditional Korean culture.

Insadong - It is a popular tourist destination, offering a variety of traditional Korean shops, restaurants, tea houses, and galleries. Visitors can also experience Korean cultural activities such as calligraphy, pottery, and Korean paper craft. Insadong is also famous for its street vendors and street performers, making it a vibrant and bustling place to explore Korean culture.

Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) - Not only is DDP famous for its architectural design, which attracts many people to take pictures, but it is visited by citizens and tourists alike as both a must-visit attraction and rest area that symbolizes the Dongdaemun area in connection with the surrounding commercial district.

Day 3: Seoul - Nami Island (Breakfast, Korean Style Lunch)

After breakfast, depart for Nami Island. (around 1.5 hours drive)

Nami Island - This resort is known for its beautiful scenery across the four seasons. To many visitors both domestic and international, the island is best known for its appearance in the popular TV show Winter Sonata. The main draw of Nami Island is its forest trails, ranging from ginkgo to nut pine, birch, reed, and its most famous sight, Metasequoia Road.

Metasequoia Boulevard - Metasequoia Avenue is located on Nami Island in Chuncheon, Korea, and has become a popular attraction due to the filming of many Korea TV dramas and is a "must-photoshoot place" on Nami Island.

The Garden of Morning Calm - Summer is the season when the trees become greener and colorful perennial flowers blossom, which shows beauty equal to Spring.

Petit France - A theme park based on French culture and a French cultural village located in South Korea. Petit France was built with inspiration from the book 'The Little Prince' , which gives people dreams and hope.

Rail Bike - The largest rail bike course in Korea where you can enjoy tunnels with various themes and beautiful scenery of the Bukhangang River!

Return to Seoul.

Day 4 : Seoul Departure (Breakfast)

Your amazing Korea trip ends. Transfer to the airport to take your homeward flight. Home sweet home.

The Participant acknowledges that all travel, and particularly adventure, group or foreign travel, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: a)Accidents or illnesses in remote places without medical facilities; b) Dangers and risks inherent in activities like hiking, swimming, or local transportation; c) Force Majeure events such as acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, weather and natural disasters. In all these events the participant/client, voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the travel services. 2. Exclusion of liability: AJFS Tours and its agents, employees, affiliates and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, delay, including direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of or related to the service by AJFS Tours and said exclusion of liability applies to but is not limited to damages or injury caused by the following: a) Acts or omissions of third party suppliers (e.g. Airlines, hotels, ground transporters, local operators, restaurants or guides) over whom AJFS Tours has no direct control; b) Personal injury or death, emotional distress, lost luggage, damage to property or theft unless caused by AJFS Tours’ gross negligence; c) Any cancellation, deviation or delay caused by weather, mechanical failures, government action or other events beyond the control of AJFS Tours. d) The participant’s or client’s failure to obtain adequate travel insurance, visas, passports or to follow local laws or instructions of AJFS Tours. 1. AJFS Tours acts solely as an agent of the various independent suppliers that provide transportation, accommodation and other services and AJFS Tours maintains no control, direct or indirect, over the personnel, equipment or operations of these various suppliers and makes no representations or warranties concerning their operations and performance. 2. AJFS Tours strongly recommends to all clients and/or travelers planning a local or international tour, to secure and obtain a comprehensive travel insurance before the client/traveler books or embarks on any journey or tour that they book with AJFS Tours.
